CORE SKILLS
-
Do you ever not feel in control of your time? Thought so. In this session, you'll learn the secret to getting organized in life. It’s not about using the latest and greatest tool. It’s about getting clear on all of your priorities and then aligning your time to meet them. You’ll leave with fresh ideas to streamline your life, focus your time and meet your goals.

Every great musician has that one essential album with a song for every mood. And you revisit it over and over because they’re all classics. That’s what we’ll teach your managers in this course: essential skills to go back to again and again. This program is a management master class, covering 25 topics on being a respected, thoughtful manager. It includes a pre- and post-assessment sent to session participants and their direct reports to gauge learning and impact. This virtual program is 4 sessions (2 hours each) over the course of 8 weeks for a maximum of 30 participants.

We all want a unicorn, but how about a diamond in the rough instead? Learn how to identify top talent to fit your organization. We’ll cover: creating a clear job description, selecting an interview team with focus areas for each interviewer, identifying questions that evaluate against position requirements, standardizing your selection process to mitigate bias, and streamlining stakeholder feedback through debriefing sessions. This virtual program is 2 hours with a maximum of 30 participants.

We get it. Sexual harassment training is so not sexy. But you probably have some questions: “Is this okay? How about that? What if someone says, ‘X,’ ‘Y,’ or ‘Z?’” Unfortunately, there’s no silver bullet—the response usually starts with, “It depends.” That’s where this training comes in. By focusing on preventing, recognizing, and reporting sexual harassment, this session helps you raise your antennas and become more aware of your actions and the perceptions of your peers, fostering a safe and respectful work environment for everyone. This virtual program is 2 hours for managers and 1.5 hours for individual contributors with a maximum of 30 participants.
ONBOARDING SKILLS
-
Orientation is your chance to make a first impression that’s… well, impressive. It sets expectations not only of the company itself, but also of your HR team. It’s about more than just giving your new hire an overview of the company, explaining benefits and perks, and handing them a computer. It’s also about getting them ready to tackle their role with the confidence that they’ve made the best choice by joining your company. With this program, you’ll receive a custom deck, schedule, emails and calendar templates, survey & more to ensure a smooth transition to a full time team member.
-
This offering is a must for big teams who onboard lots of new hires on a regular basis and need consistency. Think sales, customer support, engineering, or ad ops. It’s customized to each client, however recommended sessions include internal and external tools, business and product details, practice assignments, and team overviews. With this program, I partner with key team members to create a list of topics to cover matched with trainers, layout of the schedule over your desired time frame, a train the trainer session, as well as oversight on outlines, documentation, and instructional design. I recommend identifying an internal team member to oversee the program once it’s implemented.

Our experiences inform our choices and prepare us for future challenges, and that’s a really good thing. In this session, your team members will unpack both the good things they’ve learned about culture in previous roles and the parts that still make them nervous. They'll get a chance to talk it out and leave their bad baggage behind. And more importantly, they’ll deepen their understanding of your company’s values and how to put them into action. This virtual program is 1.5 hours with a maximum of 30 participants.
TEAM BUILDING SKILLS
-
Are you a good teammate? Since we were little we’ve been thrown on one team after another, from soccer teams to project teams to work teams. The usual advice we were given about how to be a good teammate was: play nice. But what if it doesn’t? Based on Patrcik’s Lencioni’s New York Times best selling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this simple but powerful model consists of 5 behaviors that people can master to become a better teammate and start building stronger teams. This virtual program consists of an individual assessment and a 4 hour workshop with a maximum of 30 participants.
-
Are you on a cohesive team? Also based on Patrick Lencioni’s New York Times best selling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this program is built for a small number of people who meet on a regular basis, share common goals and are collectively responsible for results. Your team will leave with concrete ideas of where to focus their energy so they can function at a higher level, run meetings and projects more smoothly, and be happier at work and with each other. This virtual program is 6 hours spread out over 2 days with a maximum of 10 participants.
-
Everything DiSC on Catalyst gives your team the techniques to improve their self-awareness and awareness of others by delivering a personalized assessment built around a simple model. Your team members will gain a deeper understanding of their priorities and motivations, how they relate to those with different DiSC styles, and how they can use DiSC to build stronger and more productive relationships. This virtual program is 4 hours with a maximum of 30 participants.
TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES
-

Trust falls? Think again. We're talking fully customized activities that bring your company together to collaborate, compete - and even win prizes. We’ll work with your team to brainstorm a challenge that fits your culture, as well as partner on executing the event with communication pieces, logistics, etc. We recommend between 15 minutes and 1 hour for the activity time frame. It can be implemented for individual teams or your entire company. It’s best to have a 2-month lead time for this package.
