Through her company Hello Monday, Megan integrates her knowledge of instructional design, facilitation, workflow management, and process optimization with her passion for cultivating joy. Founded by Megan in 2021, Hello Monday is an innovative talent development consulting practice. Megan creates bespoke programs to help companies bring a greater sense of simplicity, belonging and community to their workdays. After spending nearly two-decades in the field in organizational and culture-building roles at Quibi, Hulu, and Facebook, Megan knows that the start of a new work week doesn’t have to be a source of dread. It can be inspiring – invigorating, even – so long as companies design processes and teams that uplift their employees. She brings her endless curiosity to every session – motivating her to ask clients the right questions and discover hidden obstacles and opportunities. With ambitious strategies, Megan helps others arrive at ambitious goals. 

The thrill of building something out of nothing is a feeling Megan has always relished. It’s what inspires her to make friends out of strangers, find beauty in ordinary home organizing projects, and take on new hobbies, such as learning Spanish. Based in LA, Megan is enjoying her new home in Mar Vista with her orange tabby cat, Archie, finding bliss in all the small moments where possibility meets reality.
